What makes a glaze… a glaze? How does it melt and create the forms and colors? Why is my glaze not working?  Every potter has asked these questions!

Maciej (pronounced Mache) Simm will give a basic outline for glaze chemistry and what makes the glaze work. He’ll be working within the boundaries of cone 5/6 and will provide all clinic attendees with some great answers to making their own glazes. We’ll have ample time for Q&A at the end. 

Every attendee will walk away with a basic kit of raw materials to start making their own basic glaze.

Cancellations 15 days or more prior to the start of the class will receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee. Cancellations up to 7 days prior will receive 50% back.

Cancellations made the week of the class will not be refunded.
