Please note, this class is for intermediate students ages 17 and up.
We’ll start the afternoon by throwing vessels of various forms and shapes while discussing the handles and attachments we’d like to learn and practice. And the second day will be all about attaching and best practices.
Summer has built every kind of attachment you can imagine and will help guide your design process and will give you a wealth of experience to draw from. She’ll be teaching pulled handles, pressed handles, lidded toppers, casserole handles and so much more. Come ready with lots of questions for her!
All clay and glaze included in the class. Participants will get to choose one piece to be fired and glazed. Pieces can be picked up 3 weeks later.
Cancellations 15 days or more prior to the start of the class will receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee. Cancellations up to 7 days prior will receive 50% back.
Cancellations made the week of the class will not be refunded.
